Required Information

Furthermore, we need more details about you and your company if you wish to use our service in its entirety. Testing requires only a valid e-mail address and a password.

If we cannot verify the information provided by you or if we need additional information about your company, we ask you to send additional information to us by fax, scanned document or post (such as disclosure of all shareholders, commercial registry extract from less than 3 months ago, credit card statements or other information, associated with the appropriate address) or perform PostIdent. PAYMILL reserves the right, under the circumstances, to conduct an on-site visit your company.

Correspondence with customer service

If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we retain such information in the documents for your account. We also store all customer service correspondence and other correspondence addressed to you from PAYMILL. We keep this data to document our customer relationships, to evaluate and improve our customer service and to investigate potential fraud or violations of the provisions of our terms of use. PAYMILL does not sell or rent any personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. A disclosure is made solely for the purposes described in this policy. You expressly consent and instruct PAYMILL to take the following measures:

Members generally cannot choose which messages they would like to receive. However, the messages are sent mainly for informational purposes and not for advertising purposes.

    In connection with independent audits of our financial statements and transactions, the auditors may contact some of our customers to confirm the correctness of our documents. The auditors may not however use personal information for secondary purposes.
